chocolate truffle bread

Over the weekend I baked one of my collection of baking mix that I got as a gift.

This is a William Sonoma's Chocolate Truffle Bread Mix.
It comes in cute box that I would love to keep in my empty box collection. Of course, the inside package comes with delicious mix adding 250ml of butter, water and eggs that I couldn't stop licking off the spoon after mixing them all.

It turned out to be rich and moist "bread" cake I have ever eaten!
Butter does solve everything...
