Toasted Cashew With Taco Seasoning

Quick and easy seasoned toasted cashews that goes well on salad or eat it by itself.

 

Toasted Cashew With Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup raw cashew unsalted
- 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning or more for preference

1. In a small skillet add raw cashews at medium high. and toast for 4 minute stirring occasionally.

2. Add seasoning and stir until it's coated evenly.

3. Toast until cashews turn golden brown.

Summer Weekends

Summer weekend is usually my mini vacation to keep away from computer and work. Having a job staring at a monitor all day, I try to go out in nature and adjust my vision for being nearsighted for too long.   

It is tiring to wake up early but if I don't wake up early, I miss out lot of beautiful things out there.

Summer is almost over, let's enjoy the rest of it!
